International Canoe Federation
Congress - Rome, Italy 28-30 November 2008 .
As many of you will be aware the
ICF Congress will be held in Rome, Italy from 28-29 November 2008
.
An extra Ordinary Congress of Confederation of
African Canoeing (CAC) is also planned to be held during this time to review
the CAC Statutes.
It is absolutely necessary that as many as
possible African National Federation Delegates are present during this
congress as, the Master Plan 2008-2012 for Canoe-Kayak Development plan
will be presented during his Congress which will directly affect and
involve Africa Canoe-kayak development between now and the 2012 Olympic
Games.
Under absolute circumstances where your
Federation cannot be present , there is a possibility to provide your PROXY
vote to another National federation .
